I've finally taken the time to update the page. We have remained low, with cats a while.
The idea was that we would get them a new cat girl in the winter. Due to certain reasons it was not the case. But we are taking action again so we'll see what happens.......
Unfortunately, Uma got one pyometra here in the spring and had to neuter her. It was good enough for her to be neutered and now she's feeling good.
Summer has begun to even come up to Skellefteå. We are in the summer house and painting and carving. We have notified some exhibitions which we are really looking forward to. Here we go again :-)

A new year has begun and we have a very cold and windy weather. It's always a nice feeling when christmas is over and one can just wait for the spring again.
We have a special thing waiting for us in the nearest weeks, I guess I'll come back to that later on.

At last, the website is updated, even if it has not happened so much. Unfortunately, we received news that S * Heaven Hills Big Bang is not with us anymore for a few weeks ago. We feel sorry for Erik and feel fortunate to have had the good fortune to have a son after him. It's been an amazing cat who has not provided any unmoved. We have had the privilege to follow him from he was a kitten. A super cat with an absolutely fantastic temperament.Vi has been to Vadstena to visit Mike, Marika, Michael and Martin and of course our cats who have moved south. It's always nice to be there. We also had time to make a trip to Eva who has S'Strickertgårdens breeding and watched her kittens.
Now begins Christmas approaching with all its components. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Now,Tornado has his Supreme title :-) So now he can stay home and take it easy ..
He got his title at Norrskenskattens show in Luleå this weekend. Simsalabim had to stay home because she has to go to Norway or Finland. We had a nice Saturday evening with good food and drink and above all, a good company. Now we will take it easy since we decided not to go to SW.

So we have been on a show again. There has been an unusually a lot of shows this year. We will probably take back the years that we have not been to any show at all :-)
You have to take the opportunity when there are so many shows here in the north. This weekend we went to Cool Cats first cat show. There were many known faces, and we met many old friends and also met some new ones. Just as it should be. Both cats received certificates and the cream on the cake was that Tornado was nominated on Saturday and Simsalabim struck and became BIS. On Sunday they had both certificates and Tornado became BIS. You have to suck your sweet now you never know what happens next time :-), if it ever does.
We will travel to Norrskenskattens cat show in two weeks.Then we look forward to seeing Inge and Maybrit who unfortunately did not come to this show :-(

Now it's a while since I updated the page. We have had a great vacation with some shows in the beginning but then we have been "vacant". We have been in the summerhouse most of the time but we have even had time for a trip to Vadstena to visit Mike and Marika and their family. It was the first time we met Miami since she moved and it is so nice to see Florida again. It's always fun to be there. But all the holidays have an end, even this, and now we are back in work again. We will go on some more shows before we break for winter. Tornado is not in the conditioning, the summer has taken on him. Very open runs and a bad appetite :-) We hope he get a little bit weigt before the next show. Otherwise we are so happy that Simsalabim received Best in Show in Piteå. It is most enjoyable when you do not expect something. In addition, we meet with Colorado this weekend. He has become a realy big boy and will probably grow more.

Now it's a while since I updated the page, and much has happened. Last weekend in June we went up (my friend Eva and I) to Finnsnes to attend at the catshow there. We had the privilege to stay with Inge and Maj-Britt (where Colorado has moved). Tornado got his first cacs and the weekend ended with Evas maine coon (Hårde Hardy) became BIS! After a long journey home and a few days work, we packed our stuff and went to our neighbor in the east, Finland. It has become a tradition to go on theirjuly show.It is always a well-arranged exhibition and always exciting which judge you get. The projections are not always as in Sweden and Norway, but thats the way it is :-). Tornado became ex 2 on Saturday but got his cert on Sunday. Now we can exhale because we only need Swedish cert. Our friend Hårde Hardy had to defend the Swedish flag and become BIS both days. The same weekend had Tromso (Norway), their exhibition where Colorado was defending Sherwoodskogens honor and became nominated on both days, but unfortunately losing bis of the ticket on Sunday. Now we begin our holiday and will just relax and not think of any cat exhibitions at all.

Finally, we have been at the first show this year. Unfortunately, we had forgotten our camera in the summer cottage, so we thank our friend Perra for the images he took. The show went beyond our expectations. On Saturday, small Simsalabim became ex 2, but on Sunday she had her first cac and nom. We are most pleased that she behaved so well. Our boyd Tornado became BIS on Saturday and NOM on Sunday when he lost to a very handsome Ragdoll. Although he did well, even if it was his first show since last September. Now we will celebrate midsummer and recharge for the next show in Norway.

Took a new pic of Uma a put it at the first page. She is still so good looking and is 6.5 years old. She has given us so many nice kittens, at least on BIS cat in every litter. Unfortunatley she has only been given birth to four litters :-) wich is our choice not hers. If we find a nice male for her we will try to take a last litter this year.

We got very good news from Germany :-) Utah has been to his first show and he made no one disapointed and won Best in Show.

Happy New Year!!

Three of the kittens has moved to their new homes. Colorado is leaving for his new home with Inge and Mai-Britt in Norway later on. Miami moved to Micke and Marika and her bigger sister Florida. Utah became german :-) and is going to live together with Anja and Thomas. Kentucky is living together with Hokus Pokus in Härnösand. We are so pleased that they all have moved to nice homes. And it has been so fun learning to know Anja and many thanks to Erik Nyman as well.
Now it's a new year and hopefully we will attend to some shows and when the spring comes we can be in our summerhouse. We also hope that we can find a suitable male for Simsalabim or Uma.

All the kittens are now sold and we wish them good luck in their homes. We will move them to litters page later on. There has been so much intererst in the kittens and many has been disapointed.

The kittens are now 9 weeks old. New pics at the page. Three of them are sold and there is some interests for Colorado. Christmas are coming closer and we have a lot to do :-)

New pictures of the kittens. We finally decided the new home for Kentucky. We are very pleased that he will live together with Hokus Pokus.

We have decided to finally present our litter at the homepage. We are very pleased with them. It's a special situation because this is probably the last time that we can make a mating with Bangen. All the kittens we have had from him are always healthy and strong with a lovely temper.

It has been a busy time for us lately, both our mothers are sick and have been at hospital and the christmas are coming closer and closer. We all know that christmas is fun but a lot of work.........

I have started to make a new website. My old program complicated, so it is probably time for a new one. It may take the time it takes. We've started to get us after the success in Luleå. It has been wonderful for us and we are so grateful for all the congratulations that we received.
